- Platforms operate standard interbank forex market trading hours, opening at 00:05 on Monday and closing at 23:55 on Friday. The time zone is GMT+2 from November to March, and GMT+3 during Daylight Saving Time. Daylight Saving Time begins on the second Sunday in March and ends on the first Sunday in November.
- One of the advantages of these time settings is that the charts on our platforms can be viewed in a standard 5 trading-day week for the most accurate analysis and easier reporting.
- Minimum deposit amount is $2500

Updates
- Effective July 26, 2024, all existing and new positions on Silver Futures (SIxx) will be automatically closed. For Gold Futures (GCXX), the current contract expires on July 25, 2024. Any existing open positions that remain unclosed will be automatically closed, and no new contract will be offered.
- Margin requirements for all shares and cryptocurrencies will change effective Monday, June 3, 2024.
- The Cash Indices 3-day swap-free promotion ends Friday, May 31, 2024.
- Effective May 14, 2024, GameStop (GME) and AMC (AMC) shares are set to close-only mode until further notice.
- Effective January 2, 2024, all existing and new positions on Shares, Spot Indices, and JPY Pairs are subject to swaps without a grace period. Please refer to the Swap-Free Policy for full terms.
- UVXY.OX (ProShares Ultra VIX Short-Term Futures ETF) will be in close-only mode until after the stock split on November 4, 2024.
- New crypto derivative pairs have been added: ADAUSD, BCHUSD, DOTUSD, EOSUSD, LNKUSD, LTCUSD are now available for trading.
- Due to rising interest rates and increased cost of carry, Natural Gas will no longer be swap-free.
- Maximum position limits: 300 positions on MT4 accounts; 1,000 positions and 300 pending orders on MT5 accounts.
- Prior to earnings report releases, shares may be placed in close-only mode 1 hour before the previous day's market close. During this time, only closing of existing positions will be allowed. This restriction will be lifted after the report is released.
- In the event of a discrepancy between the Website and the Platform, the Platform information takes precedence.
